I will not alter or edit the VIDEO in any manner, nor will I duplicate, forward, broadcast or distribute the VIDEO in any manner. I also will not post or upload any portion of the VIDEO to the internet.

I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the VIDEO will be compatible for viewing on the device that I download the VIDEO to and that neither Original Appalachian Artworks, Inc. nor Apple & Eve, LLC make any representations about compatibility or the quality of the appearance of the VIDEO on the device upon which I download the VIDEO, and will have no liability for any damage to such device.
