Yes, you may choose your 'Kids own name and birthday (month and day)at the time of adoption. The new customized Birth Certificate will be outside the Baby box separately in a white envelope with complete instructions which are printed in red which will instruct you in placing your custom printed papers inside the baby box.
For an additional fee you can rename your Cabbage Patch Kid with the name and birthday of your choice!
You will get to rename your baby when you checkout.
The new birth certificate will be attached to the package upon delivery.
